Member ID cards are now available in all SECU branches. We are installing a new teller platform,
in all branches, that will use the Member ID card to improve the identification process and protect
member privacy.
Simply visit your local branch office and ask for a SECU Member ID card. Make sure you have your
driver's license or other photo ID handy, since this will need to be scanned into our system. You will
then have your picture taken and your signature captured. Within minutes you will have your Member ID card!
Don’t have time to take a picture at a local branch to create a Member ID card? You can send us your
photo via email to create your card. To initiate the process, sign on to Member Access, go to the
Services page and submit a Member ID order form. We will reply via secure message with a unique
reference number and instructions on submitting your electronic photo. After the picture is received,
we will create and mail the Member ID card and update your VISA Check or Credit Card with your photo.
