Pop-up blockers may prevent your statement image from opening in a new window. To allow the statement to open, you should configure your pop-up blocker to always allow pop-up windows from our site. You may have more than one pop-up blocker. They are often part of other programs such as:- Browsers
- Security Software (antivirus, firewall, etc.)
- Separate Toolbars (Yahoo, Google, etc.)
You only need one pop-up blocker, but several may be found on your system. A common short cut to allow pop-up windows to open is to press the Ctrl key when selecting the link.
