Register for Security Alerts and One Time Passcode
Select 'Register for Security Alerts and One Time Passcode' link to register for these services.
  1. Select Security Alerts and/or One Time Passcode. Select the box next to Security Alerts to register for Security Alerts. Select the box next to One Time Passcode to register for One Time Passcode.
  2. Enter a Mobile Device Number. Enter the number of the mobile device you would like to register.
  3. Select Primary or Other. Select if the mobile device number entered is your primary mobile device number or other.
  4. Select a Language Preference. Select the language for your Security Alerts.
  5. Click the Submit button. To submit registration information for Security Alerts.
  6. Click the Cancel button. To end registration and return to Alerts Main Menu.
Register for Debit Card Alerts
Select 'Register for Debit Card Alerts' link to register for this service.
  1. Enter a Mobile Device Number. Enter the number of the mobile device you would like to register.
  2. Select Primary or Other. Select if the mobile device number entered is your primary mobile device number or other.
  3. Select a Language Preference. Select the language for your Debit Card Alerts.
  4. Enter a Threshold Preference. Enter the Threshold you would like to set to trigger your Debit Card Alerts. Alerts will be sent for a debit card transaction that is greater than or equal to the threshold.
  5. Select your Debit Card Alert Quiet Period. You can choose to have your alerts sent as soon as they're received; or you may choose to postpone Debit Card Alerts during certain times that are less convenient for you.
  6. Click the Submit button. To submit registration information for Debit Card Alerts.
  7. Click the Cancel button. To end registration and return to Alerts Main Menu.
Register for Credit Card Alerts
Select 'Register for Credit Card Alerts' link to register for this service.
  1. Enter a Mobile Device Number. Enter the number of the mobile device you would like to register.
  2. Select Primary or Other. Select if the mobile device number entered is your primary mobile device number or other.
  3. Select a Language Preference. Select the language for your alerts.
  4. Enter a Threshold Preference. Enter the Threshold you would like to set to trigger your Credit Card Alerts. Alerts will be sent for a credit card transaction that is greater than or equal to the threshold.
  5. Select your Credit Card Alert Quiet Period. You can choose to have your alerts sent as soon as they're received; or you may choose to postpone Credit Card Alerts during certain times that are less convenient for you.
  6. Click the Submit button. To submit registration information for Credit Card Alerts.
  7. Click the Cancel button. To end registration and return to Alerts Main Menu.
Register for General Notification Alerts
Select the 'Register for General Notification Alerts' link to register for this service.
  1. Enter a Mobile Device Number. Enter the number of the mobile device if you would like to have your Alerts sent to your mobile device.
  2. Select Secure Message. Select the Secure Message radio button if you would like to have your Alerts sent to your Member Access Secure Message inbox.
  3. Select Primary or Other. Select if the mobile device number entered is your primary mobile device number or other.
  4. Select a Time and Time Zone. Select the time of day and the time zone of when you would like to receive Alerts.
  5. Select a Language Preference. Select the language for your Alerts.
  6. Select a General Notification Alert. Select one or more General Notification Alerts for which you would like to register.
  7. Click the Submit button. To submit registration information for Non-Account Specific Alerts.
  8. Click the Cancel button. To end registration and return to the Alerts menu.
Register for Account Specific Alerts
Select the 'Register for Account Specific Alerts' link to register for this service.
  1. Enter a Mobile Device Number. Enter the number of the mobile device for the mobile device you would like to register.
  2. Select Secure Message. Select Secure Message to have your Alert notifications sent to your Member Access message inbox.
  3. Select Primary or Other. Select if the mobile device number entered is your primary mobile device number or other.
  4. Select a Time and Time Zone. Select the time of day and the time zone of when you would like to receive Alerts.
  5. Select a Language Preference. Select the language for your Alerts.
  6. Select an Account. Select an account from the dropdown box that you would like to register for Account-Specific Alerts.
  7. Select Alerts. Select one or more Account-Specific Alerts that you would like to register for.
  8. Click the Submit button. To submit registration information for Account Specific Alerts.
  9. Click the Cancel button. To end registration and return to the Alerts menu.
Register Alerts for a Different Account
To register alerts for a different account, select the 'Register Alerts for a Different Account' link. Here you will be able to select a different account you can register one or more Alerts for.

Edit Destination Information
Select the 'Edit Destination Information' link to:
  1. Edit your message destination for Alerts. Change your Mobile Device or Secure Message selection.
  2. Edit your mobile device number. Change your previously registered mobile device number.
  3. My Carrier has changed. Change your carrier by selecting the check box.
  4. Is this your primary mobile device number? Change your previously registered selection for Primary Mobile Device or Other.
  5. Select the time of day and the time zone. Change your previously registered time and/or time zone.
  6. Edit your language preference. Change your previously registered language selection.
Edit Security Alerts and One Time Passcode
Select the link 'Edit Security Alerts and One TimePasscode'. Your previously registered information will be selected by default. Here you will be able to select or deselect the alert you would like to add or remove. In order to save your changes, you must select the 'Submit' button.

Edit Debit Card Alerts
Select the link 'Edit Debit Card Alerts'. Your registration information will be displayed. Here you will be able to edit the threshold for your Debit Card Alerts. In order to save your changes, you must select the 'Submit' button.

Edit Credit Card Alerts
Select the link 'Edit Credit Card Alerts'. Your registration information will be displayed. Here you will be able to edit the threshold and quiet period for your Credit Card Alerts. Also, you can register or unregister individual credit cards from this screen. In order to save your changes, you must select the 'Submit' button.

Edit General Notification Alerts
Select the link 'Edit General Notification Alerts'. Your previously registered information will be selected by default. Here you will be able to select or deselect the alert you would like to add or remove. In order to save your changes, you must select the 'Submit' button.

Edit Account Specific Alerts
Select the link 'Edit Alert for Account xxxx' for the account you would like to edit Alerts for. Your previously registered information will be selected by default. Here you will be able to edit all Alerts tied to this account. In order to save your changes, you must select the 'Submit' button.

Delete Security Alerts and One Time Passcode
To delete your Security Alerts and One Time Passcode registration, select the 'Delete All Security Alerts/One Time Passcode' button.

Delete Debit Card Alerts
To delete your Debit Card Alert service, select the 'Delete Debit Card Alerts' button. Then select 'Yes, Delete' button.

Delete Credit Card Alerts
To delete your Credit Card Alert service, select the 'Delete Credit Card Alerts' button. Then select 'Yes, Delete' button.

Delete General Notification Alerts
To delete your General Notification Alert service, select the 'Delete All General Notification Alerts' button.

Delete Account Specific Alerts
To delete your Account Specific Alerts, select the 'Delete All Alerts for Account xxxx' button. If you have multiple accounts with Alerts setup, you will need to select this same button for each account.
