Dispute Transaction
You can file a dispute claim online for a Credit Union debit card transaction or a Visa credit card transaction. You can also dispute an ACH Debit that has posted to your account in the last 60 days. Select the appropriate dispute type from the drop down list. Complete the dispute form. Your dispute will be researched and you will be contacted as soon as possible by phone or with a secure message through your online access.
