Replacement Card Order
To order a replacement debit or credit card for your damaged card, enter your 16-digit card number and select Submit. You should receive your card by mail in 7 to 10 days. Please Note: Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately by calling 888-732-8562 or (919)857-2150.
